Bauer Foundation for
Medicine and Research
• Promoting Knowledge
• Living Responsibility
• Shaping the Future
Preamble
The Bauer Foundation for Medicine and Research was established to extend scientific and medical responsibility beyond daily diagnostics.
Its goal is to promote medicine as a culture of understanding, sharing, and healing—across borders, generations, and disciplines.
The foundation is based on the conviction that diagnostics, therapy, and research are not separate worlds, but rather interdependent and mutually reinforcing.
It combines radiological precision, surgical expertise, and oncological perspective into an integrative concept of modern medicine.
